i miss those days of freedom. to be able to do anything whenever and however i want to. being home is great, but sometimes i just need some space.

selfish, i know. but there it is.

spring cleaning

it’s amazing how much junk one can collect over the years. deciding what to keep and what to throw out is never easy, no matter how many times it’s been done. but why do we hold on to things? a transparent sweet wrapper, an empty bottle, a boxful of erasers, unused straws, water-stained letters.

we arrive with nothing, should we leave with nothing?

you laugh at people who carry it around and use it in public places, saying that it’s just a status symbol.

but once you get it, it’s different.
